Lip sync

You can now create videos with lip sync on Morphic, where a character speaks with natural lip movement. It turns a static character image into a short video with natural dialogue and expression.

Here’s a quick tutorial on how to create videos with lip sync on Morphic:

  1. Upload or generate an image with a character

  2. Select the image

  3. Switch to video mode

  4. Select either 720p or 1080p video resolution and select "Veo 3.1 audio on" model

  5. Optionally, adjust the aspect ratio as per your requirement

    a. 9:16 for vertical videos such as Reels or Shorts

    b. 16:9 for horizontal videos

  6. Write a prompt to add motion to the video/character and include the dialogue in quotation marks

Example: The woman takes a bite of the chocolate and says, “This is one of the best chocolates I’ve ever tasted!” and smiles

  7. Click Generate to create the lip-synced video

That’s how you create videos with lip sync on Morphic. This works well for character-driven clips where dialogue and on-screen reactions matter, such as ads, UGC-style videos, and short films.
