Credits are the currency used in Morphic to generate content, like images and videos. Each time you generate something, the required number of credits is deducted from your balance. This system offers flexible usage, especially for teams and high-volume creators.

Subscription credits come bundled with your monthly plan and expire each billing cycle. These are used first when generating content.

Credit packs are one-time purchases with longer validity (90–180 days) and are used only after subscription credits are depleted.

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Yes. You can stack multiple packs, and each one retains its own expiration date.

Yes. You will receive an alert at 80% credit usage, and another when you run out.

Your unused subscription credits will expire immediately upon cancellation. Any credit pack credits will remain valid until their original expiration date. Credit packs are not refundable.

No. Team collaboration features are only available on paid plans.
