Audio generation

Audio on Morphic enables you generate audio (music, sound effects, and speech) from scratch using only a prompt.

Here’s a quick tutorial on how to use Audio on Morphic:

You can start with a video or create audio tracks independently and assemble everything on the timeline.

If you’re starting with a video

  1. Upload or generate your video on the Canvas

  2. Select the video and click 'Add audio track' from the toolbar

  3. Choose the type of audio you want to add: speech, sound effects, or music

  4. Describe the kind of audio generation you want and hit 'Generate'

  5. Generate as many audio generations as you want and bring them together in the timeline along with your video

If you're creating audio first

  1. Go to the Canvas on Morphic

  2. Go to the prompt bar at the bottom of your screen

  3. Switch from 'Image' to 'Audio'

  4. You may further select between three audio options: speech, music, or sound effects

  5. Describe the kind of audio generation you want and hit 'Generate'

  6. Generate as many audio generations as you want and bring them together in the timeline along with your video

Timeline editing

  1. Split any audio layer using the scissor icon to isolate parts you want to keep or remove

  2. Drag layers to reposition them on the timeline so each sound aligns with the right moment

  3. Drag the edges to adjust timing and make the audio start or end exactly where it fits

  4. Adjust all audio layers until they match your scene, ensuring each element supports the mood, timing, and flow of the video.

  5. Preview the full scene to ensure all audio layers blend seamlessly together

That’s how you use the Audio feature on Morphic. It is ideal for adding speech, music, and sound effects to scenes across films, ads, interactive media, social content, or other creative projects.
